Deepening Your Journey: The Power of Integration
A journey with psychedelic plants already starts when you set your intention, and it’s not over the moment you land,.. to the contrary: this is only the start of an integration process that may take weeks, months or even a lifetime.
No matter which retreat you join in the Nature Temple, we got you when it comes down to integration. You will always receive a preparation and integration guideline in your mailbox when you book a retreat at ours.
We also close every ceremony with an extended sharing circle in the morning after. This is where the integration starts. An integration circle is an intimate sharing circle in which all participants are welcome to bring in experiences, questions, struggles and insights concerning the psychedelic experience. Speaking from the heart and gut, listening deeply and openly. Thus, we tap into our collective wisdom to harvest the deeper lessons of our journeys and learn how (to continue) to make them a valuable part of our daily lives.
What to expect from us?
We will not leave you stranded. If you feel you are struggeling with the integration or you have some questions on how to proceed, you are always welcome to contact us by email. This can be the week after the retreat or a few months later. And if required, we can also have a phone chat.
If you join a 5 day retreat, we close the retreat with an integration workshop. A great way to get a helicopter view on integration subjects. You leave with some handy tools and tips to make the most out of the experience.
